#1 Bún quậy KIẾN – XÂY (A-C noodles)

One of the must try dish in Phu Quoc. Bun Quay or stirring noodles is one of the signature dish of Phu Quoc. The broth is a clear seafood broth and has a mixture of seafood and meat toppings for you to choose from. For the full topping Bun Quay, it has a beef patty, shrimp cakes, fish paste and fresh squids.
Also, you cannot miss the dipping sauce, which completes the dish. They will offer you chili, salt, sugar, and lime for the dipping sauce, giving you the chance to make your own personalized dipping sauce. Above is a picture of the designated area.

Delicious local dish and well-liked among the locals. It features fish cakes, fresh fish slices, and pork rib chunks. The broth is not overpowering and has just the right amount of flavor. The noodles are homemade and chewy. A great place for breakfast or lunch.
#3 Bánh Mì Bò Nướng Phú Quốc – Sunny

The shop is located in Vinpearl Grand World Phu Quoc. I recommend trying the Banh Mi if you’re visiting Phu Quoc. It is a small shop and not very well known. It has, however, been rated positively by those who have tried it. It is a great breakfast place. The Banh Mi is served hot, with freshly baked bread that had a crunch to it. The Vietnamese iced coffee complemented it perfectly. It’s a great way to start your day!

The food at this place was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. It’s a restaurant that is run by a family. The dining area was spacious, well-ventilated, and clean. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating options.

#5 Phu Quoc Night Market
Opening Hours: Daily, 6pm to 12pm
Location: 54 Đường Nguyễn Trãi, Khu 1, Phú Quốc, Kiên Giang, Vietnam
A very lively night market. One of the popular night markets with a fresh seafood variety. A good place to sample the local delicacies and snacks. The market is most vibrant at around 8pm. It’s good to ask for the price before buying to avoid being overcharged.
We enjoyed the Grilled Sea Urchin, Oyster, and Octopus. The seafoods were fresh and prepared upon request.
#6 Sun Việt Restaurant – BBQ Buffet & Hot Pot
Opening Hours: Daily, 5pm to 10pm
Location: Đường Trần Hưng Đạo, Cửa Lấp, Phú Quốc, Kiên Giang, Vietnam
Price: 219,000 vnd per person.
